comfortable furnishings airy feel keralan options
i felt instantly at home. the rooms had comfortable furnishings and an airy feel. the breakfast buffet included various traditional keralan options and western choices.

limited bar clueless management
The bar selection was limited, what a shame. The bar staff played house music during the day. It felt out of place here. Ordering a drink by the pool was frustrating. I had to search for someone to help me. It took several reminders, and basic items, like beer, were out of stock. The management seemed clueless on hospitality standards.

wide variety helpful staff detailed responses
The staff were always polite and ready to assist. The breakfast included a wide variety of choices with Indian dishes changing daily. Staff quickly provided tea when I arrived late one day. I found pre-check-in responses to my questions to be detailed and helpful.
The room I had the first night had mosquitoes. I got several bites. I requested and received a different room the following day. The management could consider mosquito nets or evening mosquito-repelling procedures.

The hotel is near the seafront. Chinese fishing nets are very close. Walking to nearby attractions is convenient from this location. The location offers easy access to local sights.

The hotel rooms were cleaned every day. The Imperial Double Room offered sufficient space and necessary amenities. I had a comfortable bed and enjoyed the colonial decor. the room provided a relaxing environment.

comfortable furnishings friendly attitude
the room had comfortable furnishings and smelled fresh. the manager permitted swimming after hours. the staff showed receptive and friendly attitudes. i found newfound friends there.
